If a div is not paid and the funds are used instead to pay down some debt, the effective result will be the same, the value of OKN will rise. A drop from $1.30 to $1.00 is the result of a div falling from an expected ~30c to just 14c.

OKN has been severely punished but as usual its being oversold in the market (dropped from ~$1.00 to a low of 70c).

IMO a 50% retrace is inevitable over the next few days...
