My apologies I am a late arrival to this discussion.
But can I ask: is EPR fully obligated at this moment to pay their share of the well costs?
ie If they dont pay their share at the end of 44 days from now, what happens in the event of a dud well?
do they just lose their share of the permit, or do they still have to find the money?
the latter case, surely it would bankrupt them....?
