when to buy

I have taken a view not to buy DIO until it crosses the 100 day moving average and closes above that line on volume. So far it has proven to be a good guide. But now that this apparent overseas selling appears to be drawing to a close, I anticipate getting set quite soon.

(According to the Feb 29 2008 announcement, approx 25 mill shares were issued to new shareholders in return for $56 mill.) Judging by the volume of selling and the current price, I doubt there are too many more shareholders in Canada left since they appear to be transferring the stock into Australian shares and selling them here. I wonder if we could get the company to give us an update on how many shaere there are in Australia now.....
