I bought some options on their last trading day. Of course I haven't received any forms to take up the options.

First port of call was Etrade - NO we can't help you with taking up the options. So I thought i better ring the company - answering machine and no call back yet. Surely the share registries can help me. Well sort of - "we send you an email with the form". Asking if i can Bpay they weren't too sure if the company will accept this. On enquiring what happens if the mail with my cheque gets held up in the mail will the company accept this - they werent sure.

I feel I have done all I can - any other suggestions?

Its a dilemma - can i sue someone if I miss out on my entitlement?
