nope...you cant buy anything when its shares are halted or in a suspension unless someone agrees to do an off market transfer of their shares.

But with SGL...it and AGK just went from Trading Halt to Adjust meaning the announcement is about to be released.

AJL which was also in a trading halt just went to pre-open..also meaning an announcement is coming.

So all three should trade again this morning.
