Hi Standup, VOiP revolves around QOS, nbn is the only conduit to deliver this technology to the masses at an acceptable level of bandwidth. The way Tel$tra is behaving atm, it could be 2020 before we get VOiP to function @QOS. QOS is not generally available to the public.

Also be aware, QOS when implemented will hog up to 80% of your bandwidth hence the current problems of uptake. QOS is currently only business grade on our existing infrastructure in a limited capacity and coverage.
