Magnetite has lower impurities than shipping ore so helps reduce the cost of smelting when the two are combined. (Also increases the grade of the steel) This a good announcement but it is doubtful that it will have any effect on our SP because of the long lead time before drilling---not to mention the uncertainty in the Chinese market at present
