MPF also same price and currently offering 2.25c a quarter,unfortunately over the next 6-12 months as property values start plummeting all the LPT's are going to cut their distribution rates to almost zero to meet bank covenants.Even though their income is relatively stable,their costs of borrowing is going to rocket.I'm afraid its all bad news for the LPT,REIT sector until this downturn is over in 2years time.
