the distribution it pays is the average over the quarter annualized to 10%.so if share price is 40c,distribution is 4c/4=1c,if share price is 20c,2c/4=1/2c,all you going to get is max 10% annually on share price.this stock unfortunately,I hold as well,is not worth buying again until its dividend stabilizes in about 18months to 2 years,woeful.
