    yup, just saw the annual report. 60-70% of core earnings.

    Their full year core earnings were 14.18 cents. so 0.6 * 0.5 * 14.18 = 4.254 cents for the upcoming dividend.

    If I purchased today I am eligible yes? As far as I can see we go ex dividend in late december ~ 21st/22nd.
