    Announcement due very shortly. Stand by.

    Aged care sale is almost a certainty...as is dividend suspension.

    As to retirement assets, PTN HAS to do something...it's just listless on the railway tracks mesmerized by the blinding light which is fast approaching.

    A takeover would not surprise....but they would have to ditch the corporate structure and management arrangements which are a huge hindrance.
