after asset sales: FY09 guidance is 13.25 cents per share
Total Div 8.0 cents per share
Based on todays 18 cent share price, we have a PE of 1.4
That will do me i am in, once the global crises calms down, give MCW a PE of say 5 and i come up with a reasonable 12 month target of 60 cents
