I wouldn't say bad product but probably products curve fitted to make the backtest looks more profitable than they really are.

They question for members and any potential new members is what is the destiny of the education side of business. I can't see any focus on improving or pioneering from here onwards. This means there are no growth besides brokerage turnover. Will have to see what the directions from management.
