Yup I was there ... two resolutions withdrawn given Nick FJ's resignation ... the relationship with Society Generale is ok ... the door is open for him.

I voted for 2 of the other 3 resoltions and against one (gawd, talk about having no place to hide lol).

Its definitely not all doom n gloom ... far from it ... this afternoon should be taken by the Board as a wake up call ... good outcomes are possible ... and in my current view, likely.

Give me a few hrs and I will post some more.
