Donna, thanks for the info - on the money as always. It does not surprise me that ND is putting some sort of regulatory regime around minerals exploration and I don't expect it to have any impact on Pacmag's interests - in fact they may benefit from it by being able to demonstrate compliance ahead of others. Clearly, they would also expect that there would be some sort of regulation, where it has been completely absent previously it seems. The purpose will be twofold, 1. to satisfy landholders that they won't be plundered and pillaged without redress, and 2. that the regime will show miners that there is nothing to fear in ND and that it is mining friendly, as they won't want to miss out - having no regulatory regime would beg the question for prospective miners and may make them gun shy - having one means this issue has definition.

Just hope they all hurry up!!!!!
