Reasonably-sized seller below 3 cents now - probably Neates. Very disappointing. 1.5bcf when 50bcf was mentioned as a possibility. Why did they take so long to announce? Didn't help at all. Giving Neates some time to sell perhaps?!! They should hurry up with the sale of east wing and the farmins as I am panicking (good enough reason I think!!). January was mentioned for the sale I believe, so will probably be at least March!!
