re: Ann: AGM - Chairman's address and MD&... working capital - they need 3 to 4 months of the stuff to get FeV up and running. options are diluting existing shareholders with new equity; borrowing money from some legbreakers in chicago; or noble taking a bigger stake. probably some of the highest risk equity you could take on at the moment.
about time the directors issued themselves some 5 cent options as a pat on the back.
