From only reading the releases and not getting a 'feel for the atmosphere' it didn't seem too bad.
It sounds like lots of "one-off" write downs and a big loss for the 1st half (if not the FY09) but it seems like they'll survive.
As I see it our worst case may be that we shareholders suffer a bit more dilution if they need more cash from Scholz or someone else over this period.
I figure no dividend for the next year or so also.
Over the past several months I've read threads about the Capral Contract going badly. the TPI relationship being toxic, CMA struggling to stay afloat.... as a result I thought the CEO's comments were interesting about negative, unfounded rumors from its competitors ...sounds like a cut throat industry and I'm sure SIMS hate CMA...
