Hello Flyboy,
To answer your earlier question, which is very relevant.
If you were on the recruitment committee whos task was to appoint the CEO of a junior exploration company in these troubled times what would you look for? I believe the following:
1. Market Credibility
2 Market Credibility
3 Market Credibility
Charisma, Competance, Professionalism are all earned by earning market credibility and are taken for granted.
David Zoraba is not perfect, and a little naive, but has market credibility. In comparison Bruce Wells is a very able competant and professional geologist with an impecable reputation and and has carried out his responsibilites at CEO of TMX in a thouroughly professional manner. In my view he is a perfect number 2.
History shows that the most succesful exploration companies are those with a competant techncial board that is steered by a charimatic chairman able to bring out the best in people. Look at FMG for example. The charismatic Andrew Forrest brought FMG from 25 cents to 100$ and there are other examples.
I just think that at this stage David Zorbar can bring TMX on to faster than Bruce. Its a personal view and it does not reflect on any ones integrity or ability.
