Hi pharque99, I am a loser in ERG stock trading/investor but I sold all of my ERG holding in 2003 to get out of the trap. However before 2007, I did hate it since I loved it too much before.

All of my posts are my views about ERG only and I believe have a lot of biases. However I am sure whatever the results of the restructure, small shareholders are the losers. Saville is a value investor and he would try his best to minimize his loss. He has the plan and has the team to implement his plan.

All of us as traders and investors are decision makers. They are options to vote YES or NO but the voters have to take the consequences caused by the resolution.

Please don't take my views seriously. I am outside the mess of ERG and my feeling, risk control, and expectation are different from the shareholders.

I just hope my views could get more logic action who are interested in. In the market, the loss is not a problem but fail to get the lesson is the problem.

Good luck and hope ERG could shoot up.
