According to WVL's ASX ann of 16 Oct 2008 the following were highlighted.

Key points
• The Project on target to produce Ferrovanadium in the March Quarter of 2009
• Funding in place to complete construction
• Mining to commence in November 2008 following approval received from DOIR
• Project economics supported by strong vanadium prices and a lower A$
• Operational procurement and staff recruitment is well advanced
• All production has been sold to Noble Group via marketing agreement

In the release comment was made about having $165 million in the bank at the end of Sept which is sufficient to complete construction of the plant. Further heartening comments were made about the Vanadium market and Noble's marketing efforts.

Looks OK to me and I intend buying more at current prices.
