I am of the opinion that management has given a warning to some of the o/s holders of stock that once the buyback starts, they will see themselves forced out of the stock....last in first out.

Because of the restriction on foreign ownership, I believe some of the selling lately has been from those holdings.

Just a theory......but one I believe in.

I think we will see the buy back commence any day now.
