Balooning interest? Where is this balooning interest?
As far as I am aware most central banks are dropping rates at the moment. Add to this the interest rate hedging that MAP has and I fail to find the balooning interest costs?
I agree there would have been some short term pain with increases in risk spreads globally but unless there is another major shock I think they will come in for a little while now.
