tsangs 11 times uptake

I've done a bit of calculations.

Since mid September, Tsang has been increasing his percentage of the company, again. A total of 946,294 (0.733%) shares is added to his portfolio in the past 11 times of announcements.

In Yeung's 4 announcements, he bought 2,570,670 shares since early June.

If you notice the top 20 shareholders, there are a few people having last name "Zeng", I guess they're Tsang's relatives, coz "Tsang" and "Zeng" has the same Chinese character, just "Tsang" is Cantonese translation, while "Zeng" is in Mandarin.
