the way I understand the substantial shareholder notice is that they have sold ONLY! 96 million shares that they owned. I think that when someone like Scook has control over Grand Enterprises, or Meroliza, the notice would also include the related parties.
If you check the 20 largest holders of shares in previous annual reports, you will see that it was not possible for all 3 parties to each own that many shares.
And these shares seem to have been disposed of up to and including June 2008.
