Well if they were to start the buy back now it would be a cheap operation. Much cheaper than a week ago? Surely if they believe in the company they should jump in boots an all to buy back as much as they can whilst the market is in this death roll.
If I was the CEO I would be pushing the button now. Buy in tranches allowing a little time between each with potential for price to drift lower post the preceeding purchase period.
