very odd. market cap is now $150m but they're building a fully-funded vanadium mine and plant costing about $300m. its a bit like being in receivership.
the directors need to put out a statement before their share price is 50c. Last time we heard from them they were voting themselves in-the-money options at $2.30 with a share price at $3.
