Chris, do you know how many directors will be included in the $1,0000,000 @ .04 and how it will be distributed amongst them?
I do not know how convertable notes work, therefore not too sure about the detail of the retirement of debt etc.
Could you possibly explain in layman's terms as you seem
to have an understanding.
