    i think that you've got the pricing confused. the rights issue and placement price is at 0.0675 cents, not 0.6 cents. At 0.0675 cents this is 77.5% lower than today's closing price of 0.3 cents. What this means is that $675 for 1 million for the rights. I think that there will be at least a 20 for 1 share consolidation
