Well I wouldn't take up the offer and will trade the rights for lunch money.
Here is another classic where a companies share value has decreased over 90% - directors over paid. Have seen this type of revenue raising before. Basically collect as much as you can by dressing up the future, top up directors retirement plans and close the door.
