re: issue of options shortfall
I haven't seen any announcement regarding the issue of the 540 million options shortfall.
They may well have plans to issue them; in their initial announcement, GPN stated that they could issue the unexercised options to whomever they please at a minumum of .25cents. I hope they wait for issue of iron ore? news and yrr upgrade. And the options should be issued at VWAP or better.
My reading of the Substantial Holder is that they now own 80 million shares - their voting rights are 7%. It is a bit confusing with the statement of onmarket purchases though. Maybe the company needs to clarify the position.
IMO, it would have better to announce this in trading hours. It may have generated some buying during the day. The announcement will be lost in some providers programmes on Monday.
