Yes they are BUT the fact is that IO will be in huge demand at least for the next 3-5 years according to all Accounts so I don't think that the IO boom is over by any stretch of the imagination.
I believe that the quality IO companies will bounce back eventually hard, but only the producers and/or very close to producing like SRK.
The pretenders like FMS et al will continue to get smashed imho.
If I had any spare cash, I'd be buying at the moment but unfortunately I don't :(
