    I agree top-pick, I might have to buy some more today, I liked the part about funding the big ticket projects with cash flow from the small ticket projects to reduce the need for share holder dilution.

    So if all goes to plan we should be looking at a nice divi getting in at these prices say from 2012 onwards? Even with softer FE prices?
