I agree that in the long term, this would be a smart and clever play for Prime,

however, given the interest in BBC from Lend Lease and FKP, and other players not yet openly showing there hand. This is a very low ball offer, and doesn't really offer much to exsisting BBC holders. You can't put an offer out like this and say we may at some later stage take over the entire company, Maybe.

I believe this offer will be merely the beginning of the bidding process for BBC.

I can't see much value from this bid for exsisting PTN holders.
