I watched GPT soar 21 cents today to 201 and sold at 199.5 before it dropped to 190. It would have been nice for CPK to be part of the day trade enthusiasm for the interest rate drop.

I'll forgive them if they declare a 4 cent dividend. They indicated on 2 May 2008 that "The board will give consideration to paying an interim dividend later this year". However, I doubt whether $26M is a good reason to consider a dividend and that we'll have to wait for the sale of Martha Cove.
