    Hi YChoromozone,

    Definitely not discounting your analysis.

    Heres the profile for Symbio:
    http://www.symbionetworks.com/about-us/management-team

    As they stated...
"The agreement is being reviewed in light of experience gained so far and future plans."

They will need to relax some terms of this agreement if they want to bring in larger retail investors. I guess this is where we will see the true direction the directors want to take MNF.

They have converted 500K debt into MNF equity which they are underwater on. So its in their best interests to protect MNF and get things going which I am comfortable they are doing.

As a shareholder I am wary of the related entity transactions but they are not draining the cash nor diluting too quickly. They are not short of cash too imo (ie personally). This puts shareholders (and especially new investors at these levels), in a better position to capitalise on sp strength).

Yes the Symbio books might be worthwhile looking at, but hidden surprises simply might not exist.

They have a tonne of options due in April next year (including Symbio). Get these exercised and MNF becomes a cash cow to take on other opportunities. Let them expire worthless and MNF won't get a tad of market interest for a very long time.

Somethings are just about good timing, acting on worthwhile opportunities, and working hard:
