Take a look at whats going on inside MNF model.

Directors have been buying the SP between 14-19c. Symbio has taken existing debt owed by MNF in the form of securities instead of CASH (most money hungry directors would strip the companys cash). The directors have enough funds to cover their staff, director fees and SYMBIO port/billing/maintenance charges and they still are able to bank 40K for the last qtr. (the point of critical mass)

Directors are also holding a tonne of options that are exercisable April next year. They also control a large percentage of the fullypaids.

This is what will eventuate: Since the directors control a large portion of the stock they can take it to whatever value they see fit. I'll say 50c for this example. Their stock values have more than doubled, their options are way in the money, and they have room to do a placement at say 30-40c to raise additional funds to take over other Cos and automatically triple their client base. A likely placement purchaser would be to a company that would benefit directly from a new hardware/software product imo

MNF's business model is profitable at the 60,000 customer/basic VoIP mark so any additional clients will benefit ALL shareholders immediately (including the directors and Symbio). NOW PUT 500,000 customers into this model and it becomes a substantial profit making vehicle.

As long as the directors don't get greedy by lending their stock out to silly margin brokers (they have no reason to do this since they all earning decent dollars) - this model will work and simply grow and grow and the directors/Symbio/staff and shareholders will all be rewarded.

Eventually they will pay dividends (if not taken out before hand) which will also benefit the shareholders (along with directors/Symbio) and also bring in a new wave of retail investors.

A takeover of MNF will only occur if the right price is handed to the directors. IMO it would be NO LESS than $1.00 per share imo ($50million).

Either get in on the Fully paids for a tad less than what the directors have paid on market OR buy the options for pretty much next to nothing.

    Cheers,
    The Sparkler
