Here is an intersting thing. I am also a long suffering holder of IMI, and I see that they too have established a $5 M borrowing arrangement (to be repaid in shares) with Fortrend (announcement 4/8). Has anyone looked at Fortrend?; this is presumably their business model, and I find it somewhat encouraging. ie they appear to be out their identifying biotechs that are struggling but with good basic products and production plans. If the deal is for shares, the subtext is they believe the companies will not fail, and have a strong likelihood of success, and they will end up owning big stakes in them. What do people think?
