there is little point is suing anyone unless they have sufficient funds to at least partially pay out any judgement / settlement. Presumably you might have to go against directors personally rather than the company.
While you can argue MON was badly managed and targets were very ambitious, can you make a legal case for failure to disclose material facts etc?
