He He He ! Got it in one. When ERH goes off I will make sure some of the cream comes back to EPR. I hope EPR has the mmbbs that ERH has.
Seriously though, we investors can sometimes get into stocks like this too early tying up funds that can be used elsewhere. I surely would love to have some $'s back from a few stocks that are great but I bought them for years down the track. Now they are looking really sick. WMT for example sheesh! But EPR will be a revelation in time. Good luck to all longs!!!!!
