"Rewarded with that stake as due compensation"
Where have you read that they would be given the stake as compensation? How would you consider this as part of a legal process?.
To help maybe you could provide an example of where this has occurred in the past.
The only places i can think of is russia, venezuala and zimbabwe but i'm willing to be corrected.
