Hi all

Clearly MDX have held up well thanks to our generous accumulaters. If they wanted I thnk they could have driven the price much lower and scored all the panicking ship jumpers. just the impression I got watching precedings.

The market conditions are a bonus for those wanting to accumulate at a lower price and now we have many who have scored a large holding over the last 4 months thanks to market turmoil. I am a little surprised that so many have jumped ship over the previous months after the earlier accumulation.

Our latest buyers had access to an unescorted tour of the properties and clearly liked what they have seen.
