They have "oil and gas shows" - thats what one want to hear while drilling - and obviously enough reservoir pressure that "flammable (means hydrocarbons) gas flared at the surface" - these all are very good signs.
But they are sidetracking the well, why?
Last week they had mechanical problems at 3,248 feet md and nil hydrocarbon indications and now we have these "shows" in the original hole but the current depth of the sidetrack well is 1,485 md ...
It seem the ran in trouble again last week ... unbeliveable ...
But most important imho: they have oil and gas shows which are worth to redrill the well - let's wait for the logging (and perhaps dst) results next week.
