but any way called the company today. he said everything is fine and they are operating as usual.From what i can gather one or two of the directors will announce their retirements soon and apparently some one from ANZ will be our new director on board!!!
One of the brokers mentioned to me today that most likely ANZ will help LSL to get its act together, since ANZ is a major shareholder now, and they have returned all of 9 million dollars in portfolio back to LSL.
AND
also you didnt hear this from me but that investment company who sold 80 million in shares last week was trying to make it hard for ANZ to take over the company. remember 95% of the lsl was owned by top 20. now simply there are more shareholders around who have access to 80 million shares or so.
