No it's pure legal common sense, SRK hasn't been playing ball imho and you only need to read the recent Ann from them to see that they're not telling the full story imho and are trying to spin-doctor things such as what I've just pointed out below.

You're right though, both of us don't and will not know the "real truth" until it comes out BUT I will also point out that I have been correct on many things with this one so far and I too am very confident that once again, I am right with this one as well!!!
