Why doesn't this surprise me?? As a shareholder I STRONGLY DISAPPROVE of another dilution. Settlement is due Monday 21st July 2008 - so why bother putting in an announcement after close on a Friday afternoon? So when did they decide to take over Amitan Resources.... Today at lunchtime?? C'mon board, fair go and do it right for the shareholders!
AGU listed at 20c now its down to 4c, it may as well go down to 1c! I sold at 23c and the free options at 7c (thank God for that!), and got in again at 11c 'hoping' the dilutions have stopped - only to discover another dilution then and now another one.
