personally i dont think its a good thing itt being taken over by hgo but it wont go down any other way with hgo holding such a big stake they will just sell down itt and tell investors "the share price will fall even further if the take over isn't accepted" so people will just accept but it makes me wonder why hgo wants to take over itt when it was a spin off do they know something investors dont??
