According to newspaper articles, CPK should get at around $30mil for the 4 superblocks at Martha Cove, divide that by 236mil shares, equals roughly 13c/share. Making the rest of Martha Cove, Azzurra Paradise Resort, Gold Coast International and Lakes Views Estate worth -3c/share. Reckon there's not a lot of sanity in the market atm. Vultures paradise imho.
