you tube presentation

I fail to see what the presentation on you tube proves.

The guy drinks two cans of beer and blows .1. He uses the machine before having a drink of water so wouldn't the reading be distorted by alcohol in his mouth?

Then after taking Pepp he blows .03, 40 minutes later.

We are led to believe that 3 drinks would put us over a .05 limit so why is the fact he blows .03 remarkable?

I would love this product to be a winner cause obviously RBY would be a massive winner but this video hasn't convinced me.
