Hello Poppysox!
OXIANA's Martabe mine under construction 60km from OROPA's Pungkut:
Mining US$/oz....102
Processing.......219
Other.............44
Royalty...........10
Silver credits..(105)
Total cash costs 270
OROPA's Pungkut has 1.010.000 oz inferred resources
OROPA holds 75% = 757.500 oz
Market Capitalisation 10.000.000
10.000.000 / 757.500 = ~$13.20
So OROPA's MC = $ 13.20 oz
I found the following here. It's from early 2004 and I don't know how it compares 4.5 years later:

When buying the shares of ---first- and second-tier producing gold mines--- in America and Canada, investors pay an average of approximately $135 per ounce for their gold reserves in the ground. With a ---non-producing junior--- company investors pay an average of $45 an ounce for their resources.
